Job summary

Texas Hotel Management is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate nightly financials and provide exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, balance cash drawers, and produce daily reports for the morning team.

The role requires strong numerical and communication skills, knowledge of PMS and accounting software, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS and accounting software required.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits and prepare financial reports.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile card transactions.
• Check-in and check-out guests during the night.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns overnight.
• Monitor hotel security and safety procedures.
• Maintain shift logs and communicate to morning staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.
