Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a Night Auditor to manage end-of-day financial tasks and guest services during overnight hours. This role blends front desk duties with basic accounting to ensure a smooth transition between business days.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, balancing transactions, and reviewing daily reports while upholding safety protocols. Overnight availability, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: hotel front desk or accounting background preferred.
• Familiar with PMS systems and basic financial tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assist guests; process check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer calls, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Run and review daily reports (room charges, revenue summaries).
• Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions.
• Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately.
• Ensure reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are logged.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures; work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays.
