Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent to balance daily revenue, process registrations, and assist guests with information and service requests. The role requires multitasking across front desk, restaurant, and bar operations, with shifts that vary to cover 24/7 needs.

The ideal candidate will handle cash, post charges to guest accounts, greet guests warmly, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Basic math skills and 10-key by touch.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience with computer systems in a hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel setting.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and settlements.
• Prepare reports and audit journals.
• Input charges and post to guest rooms.
• Greet guests and provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Process registrations and issue room keys.
• Coordinate with front desk and restaurant closing activities.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents.
