Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to operate the front desk and complete nightly tasks including posting room revenues and auditing daily cash and revenues.

The role requires overnight availability, attention to detail, and strong guest service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera PMS are preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Posts room revenues.
• Balances cashier activity.
• Reconciles the day and runs nightly reports.
• Performs front desk duties when required.
• Handles guests concerns throughout the shift.
• Adheres to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standards at all times.
• Communicate clearly with guests and management.
• Respond to or channel guest requests/complaints to the department or proper manager.
• Use problem-solving skills to handle guest issues, questions, or concerns.
• Operate the property management system to review transactions, reservations, and post payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work location and hotel perimeter.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate guests transportation needs or transport them as needed.
