Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out of the hotel and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. You will communicate clearly and assist guests while upholding Six Flags guest service standards.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The role requires friendly, professional interaction, accurate billing, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training on Opera and related hotel operations is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• General computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Experience with credit card machines and cash handling is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing person with good attitude and smile.
• Experience in public service is preferred.
• Comfortable answering and transferring calls.
• Knowledge of hotel property and safari hours may help.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Opera software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints and direct to the right department or manager.
• Handle guest billing in a professional manner.
• Use problem-solving skills to address guest issues or concerns.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and concerns.
• Provide details about the property and guest stay before arrival.
• Operate the Front Desk system (Opera) to make reservations, view stay and billing details.
• Check-in guests and establish credit with accurate information.
