The Great Escape and Great Escape Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to balance the daily revenues for the Lodge and Water Park, and to handle fiscal and lodging reports. You will greet and register guests, provide information, and assist resort guests with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include compiling and distributing daily revenue reports, managing overnight operations, and ensuring accurate records while delivering excellent guest service.

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 pm - 7 am)
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• For safety purposes, this individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Opera software preferredPossess organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior guest services experience required
• Must have a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
• Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy
• Ability to share all possible hotel and waterpark knowledge as trained
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
