Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking an overnight front desk associate to manage nightly tasks, post room revenues, and audit cash while ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires working overnights, weekends, and holidays, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software preferred.

Responsibilities include posting revenues, balancing cash, reconciling daily reports, and addressing guest needs with professionalism.

Formación

• Overnight shifts required
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and Six Flags driving test pass
• Night audit experience preferred
• Must work weekends/holidays
• Able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Knowledge of Opera software preferred
• Strong organizational and detail orientation
• Guest services experience required
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Post room revenues and balance cashier activity
• Reconcile daily revenues and run nightly reports
• Perform front desk duties as needed
• Address guest concerns during shifts and escalate when required
• Communicate with guests and management clearly
• Respond to guest requests/ complaints to appropriate dept
• Operate the property management system to review transactions and postings
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and hotel perimeter
• Assist with transportation needs for guests as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
