Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to manage nightly operations, post room revenues, balance cashier activity, and reconcile daily revenues.

The role requires attention to accuracy, strong guest service, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts. You will handle guest requests and operate the PMS to review transactions and postings, while maintaining a clean work area and hotel perimeter.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Night audit experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends/holidays and other shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Opera helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior guest services experience preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Post room revenues and balance cashier activity.
• Reconcile the day and run nightly financial reports.
• Perform front desk duties when required.
• Handle guest concerns throughout the shift.
• Adhere to house rules, policies, and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and management.
• Respond to guest requests/complaints to the proper manager.
• Use problem-solving to handle guest issues professionally.
• Operate PMS to review transactions/reservations and post payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and hotel perimeter.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs when required.
