The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia, operated by Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions and prepare daily management reports. The role includes guest services duties such as check-in/check-out, switchboard operations, and reservations.

The successful candidate will review financial reports, ensure accuracy of city ledger transactions, and communicate concerns to management. Flexible hours and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings.
• Reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis.
• Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Input and update financial information into corporate network.
