Highgate is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, generate management reports, and ensure accurate guest billing. This role includes check-in/check-out duties, switchboard operations, and reservations support within a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and experience in guest services; strong communications and multitasking skills are essential. Evening/night shift with comprehensive benefits provided.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Check-in, check-out, switchboard and reservations duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Maintain accurate guest billing and city ledger records.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and address concerns.
