Job summary

Hilton in Philadelphia is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily financial activity, audit, post and reconcile transactions, and verify payment accuracy. You will also help investigate discrepancies and support hotel management in maintaining precise financial reporting.

You’ll assist during emergencies and contribute to delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for while ensuring smooth nightly operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel finance or auditing is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with nightly financial processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve anomalies between financial reports and takings.
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
