Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Night Auditor at Residence Inn Exton to reconcile cashier transactions and ensure guest billing accuracy. You will compile management reports and perform guest service duties including check-in/check-out and reservations as needed.

The role requires strong numerical skills, reliability, and flexibility for late/overnight shifts, with opportunities to cross-train in other hotel accounting areas. A solid customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings.
• Reviewing and compiling management reports in a timely manner.
• Performing guest service agent duties (check-in/check-out/reservations) as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports; distribute daily/month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel Standards.
