Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team at our New Florence property. This overnight role balances hotel operations with nightly audits, POS and guest service, ensuring accuracy of daily financials and readiness for the next day.

You'll work independently, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, cash handling, and nightly reports while delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Perform nightly audit and financial reconciliation of Front Office and F&B transactions.
• Balance cash, receipts, and credit transactions; generate daily financial reports.
