You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain accurate records, with emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and teamwork during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service during overnight hours.
• Complete nightly audit and financial reconciliation processes.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Balance Front Office, F&B, and guest accounts; generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications and overnight activity.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel services when appropriate.
