Qualifications

• Prior front desk, night audit, customer service, accounting, cashiering or related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and reports.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately collect payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Promote hotel loyalty programs and assist guests as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns.
