The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, maintain accuracy in financial reporting, and handle cash and credit card transactions. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or related roles preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.
• Basic math, computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn PMS and financial reporting systems.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Confidential handling of guest information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service during overnight hours while completing nightly audit.
• Check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages.
• Upsell and promote loyalty programs.
• Balance transactions and generate financial reports.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, credit transactions, and reports.
• Prepare for the next day’s operations by reviewing logs and status reports.
• Maintain lobby area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and escalate issues when needed.
