Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role balances hotel transactions, completes the nightly audit, and prepares the property for the next business day with strong guest service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of professional communication while managing overnight operations and guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions and reports.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and services.
• Balance Front Office and nightly audit transactions and reports.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, and credit transactions and protect assets.
• Close daily operations and generate financial reports for leadership.
• Prepare for next day’s operations by reviewing logs and housekeeping info.
