Qualifications

• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Night Audit experience preferred.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest registration process during overnight shift.
• Handle telephone calls from in-house and external callers.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Perform night audit duties including night roll and reconciling day's transactions.
• Process payments and prepare for the following day’s operation.
