Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs during the overnight shift.
• Register guests, make reservations, and prepare daily reports.
• Balance transactions and conduct end-of-day processes.
• Operate front desk computer systems and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and area attractions.
• Follow emergency procedures and complete required trainings.
• Assist with breakfast setup and Lost and Found duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
