Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's property in Dallas is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests, manage overnight check-ins, and balance daily transactions with precision.

You will produce daily reports, support security checks, and collaborate across departments to keep operations running smoothly through the night. Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Word is valued, along with a proactive guest-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of nightly totals.
• Keep the property safe with regular security walks.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations during night hours.
• Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents; able to solve problems independently.
