Job summary

The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk duties and nightly ledgers in Dallas, TX. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a safe and welcoming overnight environment.

This role requires overnights with weekend and holiday flexibility, strong computer skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night.
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel premises overnight.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
