You will ensure accurate cash handling, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with hotel departments to maintain service quality throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Overnight front desk responsibilities including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries.
• Perform nightly audit duties and prepare audit reports.
• Count cash and maintain cash drawer accuracy at shift start and end.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other desk staff.
• Maintain lobby and common areas during shift.
• Support hotel departments to ensure high service quality.
