Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in related field helpful
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Ability to use computer, Credit Card Authorization machine, projector, copier, scanner, telephone, two-way radio
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office and various software programs
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Balance day’s transactions and maintain accuracy in the front office
• Collect monies for services rendered during a guest stay
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
• Log requests and communicate with team for completion
• Prepare key and bank reconciliation reports
• Distribute billing reports to hotel outlets
• Balance room count and revenue for the night
