Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk and provide courteous, efficient service during check-in/check-out.
• Follow all hotel policies and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness of the front desk and back-office areas; keep equipment clean.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using established Guest Response procedures.
