Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS for hotel operations.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk with a courteous, proactive approach.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and cash handling per hotel policy.
• Operate PMS, take same-day reservations and enter reservations in the system.
• Maintain front desk and back office cleanliness and organize daily tasks.
