Job summary

Taymax Group, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Member Services Representative at our Pittsburgh area club. You will greet members, handle front-desk tasks, sign up new members, and guide tours to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all visitors.

You’ll also assist with account updates, respond to questions promptly, and help maintain a clean, organized club. A friendly, reliable team player with good communication thrives here.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, and signing up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours and calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting the drawer and maintaining neatness of the club.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness through daily tasks and periodic checks.
