Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones, check members in, sign up new members and assist with tours.
• Support Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counts.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete daily tasks and prioritised checks.
• Perform other duties based on club needs.
