Job summary

Home2 Suites is seeking a Night Auditor to operate as the sole Front Office Associate during the 11pm–7am shift. You will greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and prepare nightly reports while maintaining brand standards and exceptional service.

The role requires you to handle cash, operate the front desk system, and ensure guest satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
• Experience handling cash, accounting procedures and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the front desk per Lexima/Brand standards.
• Prepare and complete night audit checklists and front office reports for overnight shift.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local area.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions; quote accurately.
