Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., register guests, balance nightly transactions, and prepare daily reports.

The role requires strong numerical skills and the ability to work independently in a hotel setting. Candidates should have at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Must resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in Windows OS, company spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Clear information conveyance and quick decision making.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and handle reservations during overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Prepare and balance daily reports and financial entries.
• Maintain front desk operations and security walks.
• Run end-of-day and morning reports as needed.
• Distribute tasks and assist management as directed.
