Responsibilities

• Create daily operations report for the Resort.
• Tour the hotel and monitor other departments to ensure standards.
• Handle guest relocations per guidelines.
• Resolve guest complaints with high hospitality and professionalism.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing; manage room blocks and discrepancies.
• Ensure credit procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate.
• Respond to safety and guest well-being situations promptly.
• Check guests in/out, assign rooms, assist with luggage and invoices.
