The Navy Exchange Service Command Newport invites applications for a GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II (Part-Time). You will be the first point of contact with guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guiding them to lodging options and local attractions.

You will operate the PMS, answer inquiries, process payments, and help maintain a secure, welcoming lobby. Overnight duties and weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Competenze

• 1 year of general office or clerical experience.
• Experience handling guest check-ins and reservations is a plus.
• Ability to operate PMS and multi-line phones.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and provide courteous, professional guest service.
• Process guest check-ins/outs, verify eligibility, assign rooms, issue keys.
• Use PMS to manage reservations and guest records.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and nightly close procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve routine issues.
