Navy Exchange Service Command seeks a Guest Service Representative II for NHG Wallops Island to warmly welcome guests, manage front desk operations, and support lodging, payments, and reservations. This role includes handling inquiries, processing check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining accurate guest records.

Applicants should have solid customer service experience, familiarity with guest services software, and the ability to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Education substitution may be used as described in policy.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and answer inquiries at the front desk.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify eligibility, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Use PMS to create/modify/cancel reservations and generate reports.
• Handle guest complaints and refer complex issues to management.
• Operate multi-line phones and relay messages.
• Maintain security and privacy of guest records and ensure safety.
• Overnight shifts and coverage as needed.
