NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) seeks a part-time front desk associate for Navy Gateway Inn and Suites/Navy Lodge properties in El Centro, CA. This role handles guest check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries with a focus on security, privacy, and outstanding service.

The position requires flexibility for overnight shifts, strong communication, and the ability to manage guest needs and local information, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless operations.

Formación

• One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
• One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as first contact with guests at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and handles all stages of guests stay.
• Responsible for front desk operations, lobby appearance, guest service related office operations, and the safety, security and privacy of all guests.
• Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude, demonstrate effective communication skills, and interact professionally with guests.
