Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a Guest Service Representative II to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle inquiries at a NEX hospitality property. The role covers front desk operations, reservations, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Overnight shifts are regularly scheduled. Proficiency with the PMS and cash handling are required, with potential hotel-operations training provided. Prior lodging or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year general office/clerical experience.
• 1 year progressively responsible guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests, answer inquiries and provide information on lodging and local attractions.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify eligibility, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Use PMS to create/modify/cancel reservations and handle CNA and alternatives.
• Perform overnight duties, wake-up calls and routine reporting.
• Handle guest concerns, adjust charges, and refer complex issues to management.
