Thompson Dallas, part of Hyatt, seeks an Overnight Front Office Host to greet guests and manage overnight transactions in Downtown Dallas. You’ll support seamless check‑in/out, resolve guest requests, and promote hotel amenities.

• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
