Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking an enthusiastic Host to greet guests, guide seating, and ensure a warm first impression. This role requires strong hospitality instincts, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams, maintain a tidy lobby, and respond to guest needs with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, luxury or nightlife setting.
• Ability to speak English fluently and clearly for communication.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous related experience is strongly preferred.
• Food Handlers and TABC certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, lead them to tables, and provide menus.
• Answer incoming calls and meet guests' needs.
• Coordinate seating and assign servers as requested by managers.
• Maintain smooth front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure flow of service.
• Relay reservations and large party details to staff as needed.
• Ensure timely, courteous service and uphold HHG policies.
