Hyatt Regency Columbus is seeking an Overnight Front Office Host to join our Front Office team in downtown Columbus, OH. This full-time, overnight role focuses on guest check-ins/outs, night audits, and delivering exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

You will upsell room upgrades, handle guest payments, and coordinate with engineering and security on duty while upholding Hyatt values of empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight and a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit duties and guest ledger corrections
• Check guests in and out, and collect payment
• Upsell room upgrades and promote hotel services
