Qualifikationen

• Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel or high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and a team spirit.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Available for early evenings and weekend shifts.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register guests and process check-outs at the front desk.
• Input and retrieve guest information, confirm room rate and details, and assign rooms.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle money and process payments, including foreign currency where needed.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
