Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk and guest services preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit duties, check guests in/out, and ensure payments are processed.
• Answer guest questions, upsell room upgrades, and promote hotel services.
• Coordinate with engineers and security to respond to requests and issues.
• Maintain guest ledger accuracy and provide exceptional guest experiences.
