Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and manage reservations with a friendly, service‑oriented approach. You will use the hotel computer system to verify guest information, process payments, and coordinate with other teams to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates will deliver outstanding service, demonstrate strong computer skills, and show willingness to work early evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out using the hotel computer system.
• Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, packages, and local area knowledge.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete registration, including room selection and key coding.
• Handle payments, process varying forms of payment, and assist with currency exchange.
• Answer guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
