Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an overnight front desk associate in Missouri to welcome guests, register them, and manage check-in/out procedures. You will handle phone inquiries, process payments, and help with reservations while providing excellent service.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least one year in front desk/guest service, with fluent English. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and other eligible offerings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; one-year front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests promptly and professionally.
• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on services.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Complete and transmit daily accounting reports.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with reservations and changes as requested.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
