InterContinental Hotels Group in Fort Leonard Wood, MO is seeking an overnight Front Desk Associate to check-in/check-out guests promptly, process payments, and provide courteous service. You will learn hotel services, issue keys, and assist guests with needs during the night shift.

Responsibilities include accepting reservations, upselling where appropriate, handling cash and credit transactions securely, preparing daily reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of front desk/guest service experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Up-sell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Process cash and credit transactions securely and prepare reports.
• Prepare daily accounting reports for review by management.
• Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
• Communicate guest requests or issues to management for follow-up.
• Respond to guest complaints with service recovery gestures.
• Assist with guest reservations and changes as needed.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
