Job summary

La Quinta Inn & Suites Boston-Andover seeks an Overnight Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and assist with reservations. Located in Andover, MA, this full-time role requires a friendly, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work the 11pm–7am shift.

You will greet guests, check them in/out, answer questions about local attractions, and collaborate with team members to maintain hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of employment experience in a related position.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Overnight shift 11pm–7am; Tuesday through Saturday; must be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out; handle room keys and hotel amenities.
• Manage reservations by phone, online, and in person.
• Respond to guest issues and resolve discrepancies in a friendly, timely manner.
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
• Coordinate with staff to meet hotel standards and guest requests.
