AvantStay is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to be the on-site Face of the brand, handling guest check-ins and office operations from 11pm to 7am. The role requires staying in Austin area and openness to weekend/evening shifts, with responsibilities from deliveries to inventory and guest guidance.

The position is full-time and onsite with a strong emphasis on hospitality and problem solving. The candidate should be tech-proficient, with a customer-first mindset, and able to communicate

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests and be the first impression of the company.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Lift, move and organize office and storeroom spaces.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience for a great first impression.
• Maintain communication with field team about arrivals and requests.
• Use Salesforce to close out Live Check-In cases and release instructions.
• Assist with inventory duties and tracking linen/consumables use.
• Keep the office and gathering spaces organized and tidy.
