Job summary

La Quinta Inn & Suites Boston-Andover is hiring a full-time Housekeeper in Andover, MA. You will maintain guest room and public area cleanliness, with strong attention to detail and delivery of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include linen changes, restocking supplies, vacuuming, reporting damages, and collaborating with teammates to meet hotel standards. Flexible schedule, mornings/afternoons, and weekend shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Continuous standing 90% of time.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Full-time 40 hour shift; mornings or afternoons; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting.
• Report and return any guest properties left behind.
• Report property damage to supervisor.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good order.
• Ensure all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate special needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
