Job summary

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate with Front Desk, Reservations and Housekeeping, and maintain service quality while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality operations or management.
• Experience supervising a team in a hotel setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations.
• Oversee Front Desk, Reservations, and Housekeeping.
• Interface with guests and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain profitability and standards.
• Coordinate with corporate departments on procedures and reporting.
• Support HR functions like turnover control and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and hotel policies.
