Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring! Provides excellent guest service in a courteous, professional manner while adhering to company standards.

This role executes front office operations, acts as Manager on Duty during late evening and early morning hours, and maintains strong communication with management to optimize hotel revenue. Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to push or pull up to 60 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by taking future reservations and offering brand-type product alternatives.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and report information to the appropriate person.
• Maintain communication with housekeeping and other departments regarding special requests and late check-outs.
