Job summary

LBA Hospitality seeks a Front Office professional to act as Manager on Duty, delivering superior guest service in a courteous, professional manner. You will handle guest requests, manage late/overnight shifts, and communicate with management to ensure smooth operations.

You will balance cash, process reservations, and promote hotel services while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Manager on Duty or front desk supervisory role.
• Strong cash handling and balancing skills.
• Polished phone etiquette and guest communication.
• Excellent guest relations, conflict resolution, and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain privacy.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Encourage repeat business with future reservations and recommendations.
• Identify sales leads from guest interactions and report them.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on special requests.
• Ensure POS and balances are accurate at shift end.
