Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Front Office professional to manage guest services, act as Manager on Duty, and ensure smooth operations during late evening and early morning hours.

The role emphasizes selling strategies to boost hotel revenue while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Candidates should be able to handle cash, balance charges, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in accounting, sales, telesales, service or guest relations preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy, and handle special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business by taking future reservations and offering recommendations.
• Identify sales leads during guest interactions and report to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on guest needs and late check-outs.
• Learn and utilize the property management system (PMS) and balance all cash/charges at shift end.
