Job summary

Home2 Suites East Hanover is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, including check-in/check-out, revenue posting, and guest interactions. You will manage cash along with registration cards, and assist guests with local information and amenities.

The role requires independent work, a friendly demeanor, and strong English communication. Prior front desk experience and familiarity with MS Office are desirable for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, write).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; familiar with brand operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a warm welcome during overnight hours.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and register guests.
• Register guests to hotel, verify reservations and collect payment details.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and politely.
